With the start of spring, not only does nature awaken from hibernation, but the Easter Bunny has also returned from his long vacation. To do this, the Easter Bunny searches for hidden Easter eggs on the real estate market like in a computer program. The Internet is a great help to him. Despite many offers, however, he faces a major difficulty.
Because he simply can't find anything suitable. None of the properties that have already been advertised on online real estate portals meet his expectations. Either it's the wrong location, an overpriced property or not the right size. The Easter Bunny also prefers to steer clear of offers with a bidding process.
Find hidden real estate
After a long and so far unsuccessful search, the Easter Bunny decides to commission a professional with his real estate wish. Real estate is often marketed discreetly and away from the usual portals. It therefore makes sense to choose a professional agent who knows the local real estate market inside out.
How an estate agent helped the Easter Bunny find a property
The Easter Bunny contacted several regional estate agents in his desired region for his new business premises. In some cases, he filled out a search request or wrote an e-mail with his search criteria. It took a while for the estate agents to get back to him with suitable properties. However, with all the suitable offers, the Easter Bunny had to make a selection. After all, he didn't have time to view all the properties because of the Easter production. After making his selection, the Easter Bunny made appointments with the respective estate agents to view the properties.
The price negotiations and the conclusion of the purchase
He was not shortlisted as a buyer for all properties. Where this was the case, the price negotiations and the rest of the purchase process were professionally and reliably supported by the estate agent of his choice.
