Taking off together: At the start of the new training year, we are delighted to officially welcome two familiar faces as permanent team members at Sawall Real Estate to welcome: Sophie Cakiqi and Yannick Gaschinsky. Both have already been able to gain valuable insights into the world of real estate as interns in recent months - now they will start their training as a real estate agent with us in September.

What can our new trainees expect?
In the coming months, Sophie and Yannick will delve even deeper into the diverse tasks surrounding the sale of real estate immerse yourself. You will learn how important empathy and emotional intelligence are when dealing with customers. The profession of real estate agent means constantly adapting to new situations, listening attentively and finding individual solutions.
At the same time, the focus is on ongoing training and personal growth: from the assessment of values from target group analysis to accompanying open house viewings, Sophie and Yannick will get to know and actively shape all facets of the real estate profession step by step.
